Position: Office Coordinator - Nebraska
Location: 6000 South 58th Street, Suite C, Lincoln, NE 68516
Reports to VP Operations
Summary:
The Office Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Nebraska office, including many administration responsibilities, such as answering phones, monitoring emails/texts, and general problem solving. In addition, the Office Coordinator is responsible for scheduling interpreters, overseeing the interpreter and client schedules, and communication with the interpreters. This role is also responsible for building relationships with potential clients and managing relationships with current clients. Extreme attention to detail and follow-up is imperative to this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Answer phones and route calls
Schedule interpreters in online scheduling portal
Data Entry - accuracy in the portal
Manage schedule - making sure all appointments are covered
Communicate with interpreters and clients
Communicate with staff to make sure shifts are covered and information of the previous day is relayed
Manage relationships with clients and interpreters
Monitor email and texts
Keeping calendar up-to-date with on call and vacation schedule
Share on call duties for weekday and weekend coverage
Participate in weekly meeting
Problem solving
Multi-tasking - Managing multiple priorities at the same time
Train interpreters on various activities, including scheduling system and process
Enter new clients.
Assist with the hiring of new interpreters
Setup clients and train on scheduling system
Set up clients for phone interpreting
Special Projects may be involved in special projects as needed

Minimum Requirements
Education/Degree: Bachelor s or associate degree
Years of Experience: Up to two years of office related experience.
Writing and Verbal Skills: Effective communicator in both areas. Proactive communicator.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, scheduling software a plus.
Other Requirements: Extremely client focused, positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, strong attention to detail, problem solving ability, ability to effectively interact with many constituents, ability to multitask, ability to work as part of a team, and ability to work independently.
